Pekka Erkkilä, Executive Vice President - Ferrous Solutions business area, Outotech Oy. He is a Member of the Board of the International Stainless Steel Forum, a Board Member of the University of Oulu and also serves as Member of the Board of Jernkontoret - the Swedish Steel Producers' Association. Mr. Erkkilä has been a long time with Outokumpu Oyj and his last position there was Executive Vice President, General Stainless.

Matti Sundberg, Mining Counsellor, D.Sc. (Econ), Ph.D. h.c, M.Sc, is a Board Member of Boliden AB, Svenskt Stål AB (SSAB), Skanska AB, and Chairman of the Board in Chempolis Oy. Among his previous positions are President and CEO of Ovako Steel AB, Valmet Corporation, Metsä-Botnia AB; CEO and Board Member of Metso Corporation, and Regional Director of Scania AB. He is also a council member of the Finnish Ski Association.

Before Roslagen Resources, ten years within communications, including running consultancy Jernberget Kommunikation, working as a freelance editor, mainly on infrastructure subjects; and several communications positions at Amersham Biosciences.
